All mod cons are provided in the kitchen and the dining table seats six. There is a leather suite in this area with television & DVD player. A double sofa bed features in a comfortable separate living room with leather suite, television & DVD player. This space is very flexible with the sofa bed as it may be fitted out as lounge or additional bedroom (with associated furniture). A cast iron day single bed is also in this room.
The double bedroom is a comfortable size with an en-suite (with mains pressure shower), it can hold a superking or two single beds with a wardrobe, drawers, dressing table and bed-side units. There is a separate bathroom with bath, shower, WC, WHB. The Rafters self- catering unit has special features to be wheelchair friendly.
