The Rafters (NITB 4*)
The Rafters, part of Fermanagh Self Catering is on the first floor of the converted barn, with sloping ceiling, protruding rafters and velux windows throughout. A beautiful and contemporary white modern fitted kitchen & dining area with high and low level storage cupboards and ample worktop space.
All mod cons are provided in the kitchen and the dining table seats six. There is a leather suite in this area with television & DVD player. A double sofa bed features in a comfortable separate living room with leather suite, television & DVD player. This space is very flexible with the sofa bed as it may be fitted out as lounge or additional bedroom (with associated furniture). An extra single bed may also be used here if requested.

The double bedroom is a comfortable size with an en-suite (with mains pressure shower), it can hold a superking or two single beds with a wardrobe, drawers, dressing table and bed-side units. There is a separate bathroom with bath, shower, WC, WHB. The Rafters self- catering unit has special features to be wheelchair friendly.
