The Stables (NITB 4*) 2 Bedrooms - Sleeps 2 - 5
The Stables, part of Fermanagh Self Catering unit is on the ground floor of a converted stable/barn. It has a contemporary layout kitchen, dining and living room in an open plan space converted from old stables and servants quarters. It has a modern fitted kitchen with good storage and worktop space and all mod cons are provided.

The stables also features an LCD television, dining table which seats six, a leather suite and a wood burning stove with original brick chimney breast. A fully glazed door opens into a large sunny greenhouse with grape vines, peaches and vegetables. The patio area is adjacent to a beautiful nature pond. (Please note supervision of children may be necessary)
The house is eco friendly, with a fully equipped bathroom with bath and solar heated hotwater using naturally harvested rainwater. Natural pine wood used extensively including entire ground floor and double sheeted doors. The Stables has two bedrooms; the arched bedroom, which can hold a superking or three single beds, an en-suite (with mains pressure shower). The Arched bedroom has natural stone wall, plenty of storage and a television/ DVD player.
The second bedroom- can also be configured with one superking or two single beds and also features an en-suite (Including Bath and Shower cubicle), with mains pressure shower and bath- and storage. There is a separate bathroom with bath, shower, WC, WHB. The Stables self catering unit is wheel-chair friendly.

- No-smoking policy in homes
- House trained pets welcome in Stables: please check at time of booking
- We offer a grocery service so that basic supplies can be ordered in advance of your arrival (£5 charge)
- Babysitting service available (extra charge£8 per hour)
- All sheets and towels provided for free (and cots, highchairs, travelcot etc)
- £50 refundable deposit payable on booking (any losses or damages to paid for in full)
- All electricity/ oil to be charged at basic cost rate according to usage

Mid Season £320 (May and September)
High Season £400 (June, July and August)
